Feedback guide
How to submit
- Open the projects page and pick a project. Using "Submit feedback" on a feature page pre-fills the feature (direct link).
- No login required. The site issues a guest identity on this device so you can track progress and join discussions.
- One-line title; describe steps, expected vs actual. Choose "Not sure" if you don't know the version.
- Screenshots optional (PNG/JPEG/WebP/GIF, ≤5MB). Images are only used by the maintainer to locate issues.
- Drafts auto-save on this device: leaving, switching language or losing the network won't lose text; success clears it.
- You get a reference number (FB-…). Bookmark the detail page — progress only updates there.
What happens next
Feedback follows a fixed flow, reflected live on the detail page timeline:
- New: received, awaiting triage.
- Triaged / Needs info: the maintainer has seen it; if more detail is needed it is marked "Needs info" and returns to "Triaged" after you supplement it.
- Confirmed → Planned: the defect is confirmed and enters the roadmap.
- Fix pending → Resolved: verified after release; if it still happens you can say so and it reopens.
- Closed / Duplicate: duplicates are merged into the main item with a pointer; the detail page stays accessible.
Discussion rules
- Discuss at the bottom of the detail page, no login; replies support one level only (no infinite nesting).
- Your own comments are editable within 15 minutes; after that, post a follow-up instead.
- Keep it friendly. Abuse, privacy leaks and spam can be reported and hidden.
"Me too" and claiming
- "Me too" means you can reproduce it (repeated clicks don't double-count); "Support" endorses a suggestion.
- To attach feedback submitted on this device to your name: start a claim on the detail page — it requires both the guest identity and an email code.
Notifications
- You can subscribe by email from the footer link (double opt-in, unsubscribe anytime); not subscribing changes nothing.
- After signing in you can see in-site notifications about your feedback.
Please don't submit
- Other people's private data, passwords, payment information.
- Content unrelated to the mod (use discussions or the blog).
Contact details and private logs are visible to the maintainer only and never appear publicly — still, please avoid pasting sensitive data.
